We are in Uiseong, Korea, the best place for growing apples. Imsub Han, CEO of Applease Korea, who has been running an apple orchard for generations, established the winery to convey the charm of its taste to people by making world class wine inspired by Calvados, France. The inspiration may come from France, however, to make it a traditional liquor that is recognized for its excellence in Korea, 100% domestic apple varieties with the most exquisite harmony of sweetness and sourness are used to brew the liquor.
